Why lift and turn coils
Coils of strip, sheet, film and paper are heavy and awkward to orient. They arrive horizontal and often need to stand vertical for the next process, so every move risks a dropping coil or a strained crew.
The tool keeps the swing close to the floor and moves the coil under guided control, so a job that needs a crane and extra hands becomes a one-person turn and wheel. Lift height and reach are confirmed per project.

The tool is a mobile lifting and turning station for wrapped coils. A wheeled base carries a vertical column, and a gripping arm with expandable jaws enters the centre bore of the coil.
The arm lifts the coil, rotates it to the required orientation, and holds it while the tool is wheeled to the next position. Coil weight, bore size and lift height are confirmed per project.
How it works: arm, jaws and column
The gripping arm reaches out from the top of the column and is inserted into the centre bore of the coil. The jaws inside the arm expand to grip the bore, and the electric column then raises the coil clear of the floor.
The arm pivots to carry the load from horizontal to vertical, guided by a handwheel at the top of the arm. A push handle at the base lets the operator move and steer the loaded tool across the floor. Reach and travel are confirmed per project.

Confirm the jaws grip the bore before lifting and keep people clear of the suspended coil. Wheel the tool only on a level floor with a clear path, and never stand under a lifted coil.
Lower the coil to a stable position before releasing the grip. Routine checks cover the column, the jaws and the wheels, per the machine manual.
