Línea de empaquetado de neumáticos de alta velocidad | Sistema automático de empaquetado de neumáticos

Resumen ejecutivo

A high speed tyre (tire) packing line takes each tyre off the roller conveyor, centres it, wraps film through the tyre eye with a rotating ring, and sends the packed tyre on to labelling and stacking. Our equivalent solution runs one tyre every 30–35 seconds per wrapper, and two wrappers side by side double the output. Below we cover the line layout, eye wrapping, film overlap, cycle time and what to send us for a quotation.

Two black and yellow wrapping machines stand on the factory floor, one behind the other, each on a line of silver roller conveyors. Passenger car tyres run in from the left, stop in the wrapper, are wrapped, and leave on the right fully covered in film.

Each wrapper has an overhead frame with a vertical lifting unit, yellow arms that hold and turn the tyre, and a yellow mesh guard around the wrapping area. A grey control panel with a display, buttons and a red emergency stop is mounted at the side.

Disposición de línea

A tyre packing line is built in stations along one conveyor:

  1. Infeed conveyor from curing or inspection.
  2. Centering rollers that square the tyre to the ring.
  3. Ring wrapper, with supporting rollers that lift and turn the tyre.
  4. Information reading and label or tape application.
  5. Outfeed to a stacking machine for palletizing.

Running two wrappers in parallel, as here, keeps the line moving when one machine stops for a film change. The conveyor splits the flow between them and merges it again before stacking.

How eye wrapping works

Once the tyre is indexed onto the turning rollers, the ring opens, the tyre moves into the wrapping station, and the ring closes through the tyre eye. The film roll sits on the ring, so each ring turn lays one band of film through the eye and around the tread.

At the same time the supporting rollers turn the tyre slowly, so the bands step around the whole circumference. Rollers in contact with the tyre are covered with PU to protect the tread and sidewall.

A clamper holds the film end at the start of the cycle until the first bands lock it, and at the end the film tail is cut and pressed against the wrapped tyre. The ring then returns to its home position so the next tyre can enter. The cut and tail-sealing method, compressed air and power supply are confirmed at quote.

Film and overlap

Overlap between bands is adjustable from 20–80%. More overlap gives a thicker, more weather-tight pack. Less overlap saves film and time.

Film advance per ring turn = film width × (1 − overlap). The ring speed and the tyre rotation speed are set together by inverters to hit that advance. Film tension is preset before wrapping starts, so the first bands lie as tight as the last.

The line uses stretch film rolls with a 50 mm core, an outer diameter of 80–120 mm and a width of 60–70 mm. Small rolls keep the ring light enough to run at speed, but they run out sooner, so plan roll changes by counting tyres per roll on the first shift.

Labelling and taping

After wrapping, an automatic taping device can feed and cut BOPP tape onto the package, adjusting for each tyre height. On a full line, the tyre code is read and sent to the plant system, and a label is applied before stacking. The label layout is your own and is set during commissioning.

Tiempo de ciclo y producción

Tyres per hour per wrapper = 3,600 ÷ cycle time. With a 30–35 s cycle:

Comprobar Cálculo Resultado
Slow cycle 3,600 ÷ 35 aproximadamente 103 por hora
Ciclo rápido 3,600 ÷ 30 120 por hora
Two wrappers 2 × 103 a 2 × 120 about 206–240 per hour

The cycle includes loading, centering, wrapping and release. Larger tyres and higher overlap move the cycle toward the slow end. The exact cycle for your tyre range is confirmed at quote.

Datos tipicos

From our automatic tyre packaging line page:

Parámetro Valor
Peso del neumático 5-100 kg
Tyre height (width) 150 – 300 mm
Diámetro exterior del neumático 600 – 1,000 mm
Identificación del neumático 150 – 500 mm
Velocidad del rodillo 2-4 m/min
Velocidad de embalaje 30–35 s por neumático
Potencia alrededor de 2.2 kilovatios
Film core 50 mm, OD 80–120 mm, width 60–70 mm

For larger tyres, our FPT-300 tyre packing machine takes OD 800–1,200 mm and ID 500–900 mm at 25–40 s per tyre.

Lista de verificación de selección

  1. Tyre size range: OD, ID and width.
  2. Tyre weight range.
  3. Tyres per hour from your curing or inspection line.
  4. Film, paper or woven belt as packing material.
  5. Label or tape needs and data link to your plant system.
  6. Stacking or palletizing after packing.

Seguridad

The line is designed to EN ISO 12100:2010 for risk assessment, EN 415-10 for packaging machine safety and EN 60204-1 for electrical equipment. The rotating ring is the main hazard. A mesh guard surrounds the wrapping area, the ring has soft start and soft stop, and the emergency stop is on the control panel. Guarding and CE documents are agreed per project.

Preguntas frecuentes sobre ingeniería

Q: How many tyres an hour can one wrapper pack? A: About 103–120, from a 30–35 s cycle.

Q: Can one line handle different tyre sizes? A: Yes. The wrap position adjusts automatically for different OD, and the ring level adjusts for tyre height.

Q: How is overlap set? A: On the touch screen, from 20–80%. Inverters match ring speed and tyre rotation to it.

Q: Will the rollers mark the tyre? A: The turning and centering rollers are PU covered to protect the tread and sidewall.

Q: Can the line stack the tyres too? A: Yes. A stacking machine at the outfeed palletizes the packed tyres.
