Bobinadora de cable de acero completamente automática para máquina flejadora y bobinadora de alambre

Resumen ejecutivo

A full-automatic steel wire rope coiler winds wire into a coil on a rotating table and then straps the finished coil to hold it together. The wire is fed into the machine and guided onto the table, which turns as the wire is wound in a spiral. A press head holds each layer in place while the coil grows, and a band is wrapped around the outside when it is finished. Wire size, coil diameter and cycle time are confirmed per project.

Why a wire rope coiler

A length of steel wire rope needs a compact, stable form before it is moved or stored, and a loose coil can collapse or tangle. Winding it on a machine makes a neat coil, and strapping the coil keeps it together for handling.

The machine carries out winding and strapping in one automatic sequence, so the coil leaves ready for transport. Wire size and coil size are confirmed per project.

Qué hace la máquina

The machine is a full-automatic coiler that winds steel wire rope into a coil on a rotating table. The wire is fed in from the side, wound in a spiral as the table turns, and pressed down by a press head above the coil.

When the coil is complete, a band is wrapped around the outside to hold it together. Coil diameter and the number of bands are confirmed per project.

Wire feeding and winding

The wire is drawn in through guide and drive rollers at the side of the machine and brought to the rotating table at the centre. The table turns as the wire is paid out, so the wire is wound in a spiral on the table to build the coil.

Winding continues until the coil reaches the set size, with each layer laid onto the one below. Wire diameter and winding speed are confirmed per project.

Press head, banding and take-away

While the table turns, the press head above the coil moves down to hold the newest layer in place, so the coil stays compact and even as it grows. After the coil is built, a band is wrapped around the outside to hold the finished coil together.

The sequence runs on its own from feed to banding. Coil height and band placement are confirmed per project.

Lo que muestran las imágenes

Our footage shows the wire being drawn in from the feed side and wound in a spiral on the rotating table until the coil reaches its size. The press head holds each layer in place while a band is wrapped around the finished coil. It is a general demonstration, so your wire size, coil diameter and cycle time are confirmed with us per project.

Avance guide rollers, drive capacity
Sitio floor space, access around the table
Suministro eléctrico voltaje, fase y frecuencia en el sitio

Operación y seguridad

Start the feed, watch the coil build on the rotating table, and let the machine finish once the banding is complete. Keep hands clear of the rotating table and the press head while the machine runs.

Routine checks cover the feed rollers, the press head and the band supply, per the machine manual. Confirm the wire is engaged before each cycle.

Preguntas frecuentes sobre ingeniería

Q: What does this machine do? A: It winds steel wire rope into a coil and straps the finished coil automatically.

Q: How is the coil formed? A: The wire is guided onto a rotating table, which turns and winds the wire into a spiral.

Q: Why does the press head move down? A: It holds the newest layer in place while the table turns, so the coil stays compact.

Q: Can it strap the coil too? A: Yes, the machine wraps a band around the outside of the finished coil in the same cycle.

Q: What does it suit? A: Steel wire rope and similar wire that need a compact, strapped coil for storage or transport.
