So funktioniert die vertikale Reifenverpackung
Unsere vertikale Reifenwickelmaschine ist um einen C-förmigen Öffnungsring herum konstruiert, der sich oben öffnet, sodass der Reifen von oben be- und entladen wird. Der Reifen steht aufrecht auf Stützrollen, und ein Schutzrahmen umgibt den Arbeitsbereich. Im Video belädt ein Bediener einen Autoreifen von Hand.
During the cycle, the ring carries the film through the tyre eye while the rollers turn the tyre, so the film covers the whole tyre section. A logo tape runs over the tyre's outside diameter at the same time, which puts your brand on the tread face. At the end of the cycle the ring returns to its start position, and the operator lifts the wrapped tyre out.

All four values must fall inside one column. Buyers most often miss the inside diameter. The ring passes through the tyre eye, so the ID must sit inside the model's ID window, even when the OD fits a larger model.
Beispiel: Ein Autoreifen mit 400 mm Innendurchmesser, 650 mm Außendurchmesser, 205 mm Breite und 12 kg Gewicht passt in jedes FPT-200-Fenster. Ein größerer Reifen mit 1,100 mm Außendurchmesser und 60 kg Gewicht passt in das FPT-300, wenn sein Innendurchmesser zwischen 500 und 900 mm liegt. Bei einem Innendurchmesser über 900 mm wird das FPT-400 benötigt.
Leistung pro Schicht
Die Umlaufzeit liefert eine erste Schätzung der Ausgabemenge. Eine Stunde hat 3,600 Sekunden:
- **FPT-200:** 3,600 ÷ 30 = 120 tyres per hour at the slowest wrapping time, and 3,600 ÷ 18 = 200 tyres per hour at the fastest. These are machine cycle limits.
- **FPT-300:** 3,600 ÷ 40 = 90 to 3,600 ÷ 25 = 144 tyres per hour.
- **FPT-400:** 3,600 ÷ 50 = 72 to 3,600 ÷ 35 = about 102 tyres per hour.
Bei einer 8-Stunden-Schicht mit 120 Reifen pro Stunde ergibt das 960 Reifen. Dies ist die maximale Leistung. An einer Einzelmaschine muss der Bediener jeden Reifen einzeln be- und entladen, und auch Folienrollenwechsel und Pausen reduzieren die Produktivität. Wir messen die Be- und Entladezeiten testweise mit Ihren Reifen, bevor wir eine konkrete Produktionszahl nennen.
Was bewegt den Preis?
Der Preis einer Reifenverpackungsmaschine richtet sich nach Ihrer Reifengrößenkategorie und dem Automatisierungsgrad. Wir erstellen Ihnen anhand Ihrer Reifenliste und mithilfe folgender Treiber ein Angebot:
- **Model.** The size and weight window, from FPT-200 to FPT-400.
- **Operating mode.** Automatic or semi-automatic mode is selectable; an online horizontal wrapper with conveyors is a larger system.
- **Film handling.** Automatic material cutting is a feature on the FPT-300 page.
- **Branding.** Logo tape applied over the OD during wrapping, listed for the FPT-200 and FPT-300.
- **Voltage.** AC 380 V, 50 Hz is standard, and other voltages are built to order.
Verpackungsmaterialien und Überlappung
Die Verpackungsmaschine verarbeitet PE, Stretchfolie, Strickgewebe, PP und Silberpapier. Die Materialrolle liegt auf dem Ring. Die Überlappung wird über die Ring- und Walzengeschwindigkeit eingestellt.

Wechselrichter passen die Drehzahlen von Ring und Walze an und sorgen so für sanftes Anfahren und Anhalten. Die Folienspannung wird über eine Bremse an der Folienwalze eingestellt; eine höhere Überlappung verbraucht mehr Material pro Reifen. Wir stellen Überlappung und Spannung an einem Testreifen ein.

Schutzgeländer sichern die beweglichen Teile, der Ring kehrt automatisch in seine Ausgangsposition zurück, und eine Anzeige signalisiert eine Störung. Die geltenden Normen hängen vom Zielmarkt ab.
