Was das Video zeigt
Eine hohe, silbergraue Ladung auf einer Holzpalette steht auf dem Drehteller, bereits teilweise mit Stretchfolie abgedeckt. Der Bediener drückt die Knöpfe am Bedienfeld in der hohen Säule, und die Signalleuchten wechseln, sobald sich der Drehteller dreht.
Der Schlitten auf der Säule fährt entlang der Ladung, während die Folie abgewickelt und an den Seiten der Ladung aufgelegt wird. Die Folienschichten bilden sich beim Drehen des Drehtellers, die Kontrollleuchte leuchtet grün, und der Bediener tritt zurück. Die verpackte Ladung steht am Ende auf dem Drehteller.

Kontrollen und Sicherheit
Der Drehteller dreht sich und der Schlitten bewegt sich während des Zyklus auf der Säule. Halten Sie sich während der Drehung vom Drehteller fern und beheben Sie das Folienende erst, wenn der Zyklus angehalten hat. Für Palettenwickelmaschinen gelten zusätzlich die spezifischen Sicherheitsanforderungen der Norm EN 415-6.
Die anzuwendenden Normen hängen vom Zielmarkt ab. Für CE-Märkte legt ISO 12100 die Risikobewertungsmethode fest und EN 415-10 die allgemeinen Anforderungen an Verpackungsmaschinen.
