Why pack pipes and tubes
A plastic pipe or tube arrives from the line in long lengths, and before storage or dispatch it has to be coiled and held together. Packing by hand takes time and can leave the pack loose. Coiling the pipe and strapping the coil keeps the bundle tight and easy to handle.
Doing both steps on the machine keeps the coil even and the strap consistent, which is harder to repeat by hand. Pipe diameter, coil size and strap are confirmed per project.

The machine does two jobs in one line: it reels the pipe onto a rotating reel to form a coil, and a strapping station then winds a strap around the coil to hold it together.
The reeling step uses a guide and rollers to wind the pipe evenly, and the strapping station holds the coil while the strap is applied and tensioned. Pipe diameter, coil size and strap are confirmed per project.
Coiling and strapping stations
The line is built around two working stations. At the reeling station a rotating reel winds the pipe into a coil while a guide arm and rollers keep the winding even. At the strapping station a rotating fixture holds the coil and winds a strap around it in a ring.
The control panel carries the start and stop controls with running and warning lamps, and the machine stands on a blue metal frame. Coil size, fixture width and station layout are confirmed per project.
Cyklus a ovládání
The cycle runs in steps. The pipe feeds into the reeling station and winds into a coil on the rotating reel. The coil is then strapped at the next station, where the fixture rotates and the strap is wound, tensioned and tied off.
The control panel shows the running state while the machine works. Cycle start and stop are handled at the panel, per project.

Provoz a bezpečnost
Set the pipe into the reeling station, start the cycle from the control panel, and let the reel and the strapping fixture do the work. Keep clear of the rotating reel and the strapping fixture while the machine runs, and do not reach into the work area during the cycle.
Routine checks cover the reeling guide, the strapping fixture and the control panel, per the machine manual. Confirm the pipe feeds cleanly before each coil.
