Why PE film for coils
Polyethylene film is the workhorse overwrap for coils because it covers, holds and breathes the way coils need, and it suits steel, copper and wire alike. The film’s job is to keep moisture and dirt off the steel and hold the layers together in transit. PE film works only as well as its application, which is what the machine controls. Provoz a bezpečnost
Run the recipe from the panel and the machine wraps each coil with PE film automatically. Keep clear of the wrap ring, film path, tension system and outfeed while the machine runs, with guarding and emergency stops at the operator position.
