Why pack sheets before stacking
Flat sheets rub against each other and can pick up marks where the surfaces meet, and a loose stack is unstable to lift. A paper layer between and over the sheets protects the faces.
Covering each sheet as it moves keeps the packing step in the line, and timber separators spread the stack weight. Sheet range is confirmed per project.
Co dělá linka
The line packs flat sheets in a paper cover, then stacks them on a pallet or conveyor frame. A sheet moves on a conveyor under a paper roll, the cover is laid and smoothed over the face, and the sheet carries to the stacking station.
At the stacking station the sheets are placed one above the other with square timber separators set between the layers. Sheet size and stack height are confirmed per project.
Paper cover station
A paper roll above the conveyor feeds brown wrapping paper over the sheet as it moves forward. The paper drops over the face, and the sheet with its cover travels to the next station.
Operators can smooth the paper edge for a clean wrap on the standard line. Paper width and sheet length are confirmed per project.
Stohovací stanice
A gantry with grippers at the stacking station lifts each covered sheet and places it on the stack. Square timber separators are laid between the layers so the faces stay apart and the pack stays stable.
The automatic placement keeps the stack square and consistent. Stack height and separator spacing are confirmed per project.

Provoz a bezpečnost
Start the line and feed sheets onto the conveyor; the paper cover lays over each sheet, and the gantry stacks the covered sheets with timber separators. Keep clear of the conveyor, the gantry and the stack while the line runs.
Routine checks cover the paper feed, the gantry and the conveyor, per the machine manual. Confirm the stack is level before each run.
