Wat de video laat zien
De video begint met een close-up van de hijskettingen en tandwielen, met de hydraulische cilinder ertussen. In het onderschrift wordt het een hef- en kantelmachine genoemd. De camera zoomt vervolgens uit naar de complete machine op een groene fabrieksvloer.
Het grijze frame draagt de doosdrager aan de voorkant. Een blauwe hydraulische aandrijving staat ernaast. In de volgende beelden wordt de drager opgetild en gedraaid, de beweging die een volle doos maakt om zijn inhoud te legen.
Hoe de kantelbak werkt

De houder houdt de doos vast terwijl deze kantelt, zodat de doos op zijn plaats blijft terwijl de inhoud eruit stroomt. De kettingaandrijving vermenigvuldigt de slag van de cilinder, waardoor de doos veel verder omhoog komt dan de cilinder beweegt. De hydraulische unit houdt de lading stabiel op elk punt in de hefbeweging.

Kleverige of compacte inhoud vereist een langere bewaartijd. Tel de tijd mee die nodig is om elke doos naar de houder te brengen en weer op te halen.

Meet het gewicht van de volle doos, niet van de lege, en vertel ons waar de inhoud van de doos in past.
Bediening en veiligheid
De wieg, kettingen en bak bewegen tijdens de cyclus. Houd mensen uit de buurt van het liftpad en het gebied onder het kantelpunt terwijl de lift draait.
De geldende normen zijn afhankelijk van de bestemmingsmarkt. Voor CE-markten beschrijft ISO 12100 de risicobeoordelingsmethode en EN 415-10 de algemene eisen voor verpakkingsmachines.
