Why semiauto for pallet wrapping
A semiauto wrapper sits between hand wrapping and a fully automatic line. It takes the effort out of the wrap itself, while keeping the operator involved for loading, starting and finishing each pallet.
That balance suits lines where the operator is already at the station and volume does not yet justify a full automatic system. Pallet size and volume are confirmed per project.

The machine is a semiauto pallet stretch wrapping machine. The pallet stands on a rotating table, and a film carriage on a mast carries the film roll. As the table turns, the carriage rises and lowers so the film is laid around the stack from top to bottom, covering the full height.
The operator fits the film, starts the cycle and fixes the film tail at the end. Cycle height and band spacing are confirmed per project.
Turning table and rising arm
The film carriage moves along the vertical mast as the table rotates. Each turn of the table lays one band of film, and the motion of the carriage places the bands along the height of the load.
Because the film moves with the carriage, the wrap reaches an even tension band to band. Table speed and carriage travel are confirmed per project.
Operator in the cycle
In semiauto use, the operator starts the machine, watches the wrap and cuts or secures the film when the cycle finishes. The footage shows the operator by the machine as the vertical film carriage moves down and back up over the load.
This keeps a person in the loop for small-batch work while the machine does the lifting and wrapping. Operator steps are confirmed per project.
