Perché un alimentatore a rulli a forma di V

- **Self-centring.** The V cradles round and narrow products on the machine centre line.
- **Even wrap.** With the product centred, film tension is the same all round.
- **Less setup.** Different diameters sit in the same V without side guides to reset.
- **Gentle contact.** The product rides on two roller faces instead of rolling across a flat bed.

**Worked example (illustrative).** With 200 mm film at 50% overlap, the advance is 200 × 0.5 = 100 mm per turn. At a ring speed of 90 r/min the conveyor runs at 100 mm × 90 = 9 m/min, inside the E300 conveyor range of 6–12 m/min. For heavier protection, raise the overlap and slow the conveyor.

Sicurezza
