A pallet changer, also called a pallet inverter, swaps the pallet under a load without restacking it by hand. Our floor-level FPFZ-CH01 tilts a load of up to 1.5 t onto its backrest, drops the base table to free the old pallet, and returns the load onto a new one. One change takes about 30–50 s.
This is the bare machine in our workshop before shipment: a blue L-shaped tilting body with a chequer-plate base table, a tall backrest with a top clamp plate, and a hinged side guard. Seeing it empty makes the structure easy to follow.

Mengapa mengganti palet?
- Keep your own pallets. Goods arrive on a supplier or pool pallet and go into store on your own pallet.
- Export and hygiene. Timber pallets are changed for plastic or treated pallets before export or before entering a clean area.
- Broken pallets. A damaged pallet is replaced without unloading the goods by hand.
- Pemuatan tanpa palet. The pallet is removed so a container carries goods, not wood.

The body and base are welded steel profile, and the machine stands on its own weight with no floor fixing. As a non-wrapping packaging machine it is designed to EN 415-10.
The pallet change cycle
- Beban. A forklift sets the pallet and load on the base table at floor level.
- Jepit dan miringkan. The top clamp holds the load, and the body tilts so the load rests on the backrest.
- Free the pallet. The base table moves down and away, separating the old pallet from the load.
- Perubahan. The old pallet is taken out and a new pallet is placed. On the FPFZ-CH01 the pallet change is manual.
- Kembali. The base table rises against the new pallet, the body tilts back, and the load stands on the new pallet.
- Membongkar. The forklift takes the load away.

Worked example: changes per shift
A warehouse changes incoming pool pallets to its own pallets.

Hasil. About 190 changes a shift with one forklift. Bringing the new pallet to the machine before the cycle starts is what keeps the rate up.

Pallet changers are covered by EN 415-10, with the risk assessment to ISO 12100:2010. The tilting body, the clamp and the moving base table are the main hazards. The operator works from the separate panel or the wireless remote, outside the tilting zone. Fence and light beam guarding is an option, and guarding and CE documents are agreed per project.
