> Light cartons and paper products are easy to crush and easy to pull out of line, so the wrapper has to hold them gently and pull film softly. Our horizontal stretch wrapper carries the product through a rotating ring on powered conveyors while the film spirals around it. Film tension is set at the tensioner, and overlap is adjustable from **10% to 90%**. The model is chosen by the product's diagonal: the E100 takes 50–100 mm, the E300 100–300 mm.

Kuidas horisontaalne ümbris töötab
Toode liigub etteandekonveieril pakkejaama, kus kilerulli kandev rõngas selle ümber pöörleb. Kui konveier liigutab toodet edasi, langeb kile spiraalselt peale. Fotoelement määrab koha, kust mähis algab ja millal kile lõigatakse. Automaatne söötja kinnitab kile otsa järgmise toote jaoks ja lõikab kile valmis toote järelt, nii et masin töötab ilma operaatorita rõnga juures.
Meie videos liigub karp konveieril sisse, pakitakse rõnga sees läbipaistvasse kilesse ning lehed lõigatakse ja pakitakse teisel pool. See hoiab oma kuju ja joont, sest mootoriga konveierid kannavad seda kile edasiliikumise ajal ühtlase kiirusega läbi rõnga.
Miks vajavad kerged tooted hooldust
Raske toote puhul on kileping lihtsalt viis ümbrise tihedaks muutmiseks. Kerge karbi puhul võib sama pinge nurki sisse pigistada, karpi konveieril väänata või seda etteande vastu tahapoole lohistada. Selle peatavad kolm seadistust:

Konveierid on ehitatud toote pinna kaitsmiseks ning nii sisse- kui ka väljastusmehhanismid on jõul töötavad. Toodet lükatakse alati läbi rõnga, mitte ei tõmmata kile abil.
Mudeli valimine diagonaali järgi
Toode peab läbima rõnga, seega on oluline selle diagonaal, √(laius² + kõrgus²), mitte laius. Illustreeriv näide: 200 mm laiuse ja 150 mm kõrge karbi diagonaal on 250 mm.

Both models wrap products longer than 1,000 mm. Check your largest product against the diagonal range, and your lightest against the minimum weight: 8 kg on the E100 and 15 kg on the E300. "Light" here means light for its size, not below that minimum. Send us anything lighter so we can check how it sits on the conveyor before we quote.

That speed sits inside the E300's 5–15 m/min wrapping range. The wrapping speed is the product's advance while the ring turns. The 6–12 m/min conveyor speed is how fast the infeed and outfeed conveyors run. For lighter dust protection, a lower overlap lets the conveyor run faster for the same ring speed.

Juhtimine ja ohutus
PLC juhib kile teie pakkimisprogrammi jaoks, kasutades fotoelementi kile asendi ja lõikeaja jälgimiseks.
