Was das Video zeigt
Eine weiße Stoffrolle liegt seitlich in der Halterung am Fuß unseres dunkelgrauen Rahmens. Der gelbe Filmwagen fährt entlang des oberen Trägers, und der Film fällt von ihm auf die Rolle, während diese sich dreht. Der Film wickelt sich von einem Ende zum anderen um die Rolle, und die Rolle ist vollständig bedeckt, wenn der Wagen seinen Durchgang beendet hat.
Das Bedienfeld befindet sich in der rechten Spalte, und ein Warnschild ist in der linken Spalte angebracht.
Wie das radiale Rollenwickeln funktioniert

Die Filmrolle dreht sich, und der Wagen fährt entlang dieser Rolle, sodass der Film spiralförmig außen herum aufliegt. Da die Rolle flach auf der Halterung liegt, wird der Film nie hochkant abgewickelt. Die Rolle muss auch nicht auf einen Drehteller gehoben werden.
Schätzung der Rollenumdrehungen und des Films
Der Schlitten bewegt sich bei jeder Umdrehung der Rolle eine festgelegte Strecke. Beispiel für eine Rolle mit einer Länge von 1,600 mm und einem Durchmesser von 400 mm, mit 500 mm Film bei 50 % Überlappung:

Zusätzliche Wicklungen an jedem Ende fixieren den Filmrand und decken die Rollenenden besser ab. Berücksichtigen Sie diese bei der Programmeinstellung.
Schutz der Rolle

Die Folienspannung sollte so gering sein, dass weiche Stoffe nicht abgenutzt werden. Zu straffes Aufwickeln auf weichem Stoff kann Abdrücke in den äußeren Lagen hinterlassen.
Kontrollen und Sicherheit
Das Bedienfeld befindet sich an der rechten Säule des Rahmens, und ein Warnschild kennzeichnet den Rahmen. Halten Sie sich während des Maschinenbetriebs von der Drehwalze und dem beweglichen Schlitten fern.
Die anzuwendenden Normen hängen vom Zielmarkt ab. Für CE-Märkte legt ISO 12100 die Risikobewertungsmethode fest und EN 415-10 die allgemeinen Anforderungen an Verpackungsmaschinen.

Häufig gestellte Fragen zur Technik
Q: Does the roll stand up during wrapping?
A: No. It lies on its side in the cradle and turns, while the carriage travels along the top beam.
Q: How many turns does a roll need?
A: Roll length divided by the advance per turn gives the traverse turns, about 7 in our 1,600 mm example. End turns are added on top of that.
Q: How much film goes on one roll?
A: About 8.8 m in our example, for a 400 mm roll with 500 mm film at 50% overlap.
Q: Will the film mark soft fabric?
A: It can if the tension is too high. Set it low for soft rolls and test on your own fabric.
Q: Are the roll ends covered?
A: Extra turns at each end fold the film over the edges. Separate end caps can be added if needed.
