Jak funguje vertikální balicí stroj na pneumatiky
Náš vertikální balicí stroj na pneumatiky je postaven kolem otevíracího prstence ve tvaru C, který se otevírá nahoře, takže pneumatika se nakládá a vykládá shora. Pneumatika stojí vzpřímeně na podpůrných válcích a pracovní prostor je obklopen ochranným rámem. Ve videu operátor ručně nakládá pneumatiku automobilu.
During the cycle, the ring carries the film through the tyre eye while the rollers turn the tyre, so the film covers the whole tyre section. A logo tape runs over the tyre's outside diameter at the same time, which puts your brand on the tread face. At the end of the cycle the ring returns to its start position, and the operator lifts the wrapped tyre out.

All four values must fall inside one column. Buyers most often miss the inside diameter. The ring passes through the tyre eye, so the ID must sit inside the model's ID window, even when the OD fits a larger model.
Ilustrativní příklad: pneumatika automobilu s vnitřním průměrem 400 mm, vnějším průměrem 650 mm, šířkou 205 mm a hmotností 12 kg se vejde do každého okna FPT-200. Větší pneumatika s vnějším průměrem 1 100 mm a hmotností 60 kg se hodí do okna FPT-300, pokud je její vnitřní průměr 500–900 mm. Pokud je její vnitřní průměr větší než 900 mm, potřebuje okno FPT-400.
Výkon za směnu
Doba balení poskytuje první odhad výstupu. Jedna hodina má 3 600 s:
- **FPT-200:** 3,600 ÷ 30 = 120 tyres per hour at the slowest wrapping time, and 3,600 ÷ 18 = 200 tyres per hour at the fastest. These are machine cycle limits.
- **FPT-300:** 3,600 ÷ 40 = 90 to 3,600 ÷ 25 = 144 tyres per hour.
- **FPT-400:** 3,600 ÷ 50 = 72 to 3,600 ÷ 35 = about 102 tyres per hour.
Během 8hodinové směny se vyrobí 960 pneumatik ze 120 pneumatik za hodinu. To je limit. U samostatného stroje obsluha nakládá a vykládá každou pneumatiku a výměny a přetržení rolí fólie také snižují výkon. Než se zavážeme k požadovanému výkonu, zkušební nakládku a vykládku provedeme s vašimi pneumatikami.
Co ovlivňuje cenu
Cena balicí linky na pneumatiky se odvíjí od rozsahu rozměrů vašich pneumatik a úrovně automatizace. Cenu vypracujeme na základě vašeho seznamu pneumatik s využitím těchto faktorů:
- **Model.** The size and weight window, from FPT-200 to FPT-400.
- **Operating mode.** Automatic or semi-automatic mode is selectable; an online horizontal wrapper with conveyors is a larger system.
- **Film handling.** Automatic material cutting is a feature on the FPT-300 page.
- **Branding.** Logo tape applied over the OD during wrapping, listed for the FPT-200 and FPT-300.
- **Voltage.** AC 380 V, 50 Hz is standard, and other voltages are built to order.
Balicí materiály a překrytí
Balicí stroj přijímá PE, strečovou fólii, pletený pás, PP a stříbrný papír. Role materiálu se umisťuje na prstenec. Překrytí se nastavuje rychlostí prstence a válce:

Měniče upravují rychlost kroužku a válce, což umožňuje měkký start a zastavení. Napětí fólie se nastavuje brzdou na válci fólie a větší překrytí spotřebuje více materiálu na pneumatiku. Překrytí a napnutí jsme nastavili na zkušební pneumatice.

Ochranné zábradlí zakrývá pohyblivé části, kroužek se automaticky vrací do výchozí polohy a indikátor spustí alarm, když dojde k poruše. Platné normy závisí na cílovém trhu. Pro trhy CE stanoví norma ISO 12100 metodu hodnocení rizik a norma EN 415-10 stanoví obecné požadavky na balicí stroje.
