> A pallet changing machine swaps the pallet under a load without unstacking it. We build it as a floor-level changer: the load is tilted 95° onto a back plate, the old pallet is pulled out and a new one goes in. Our FPFZ-CH01 handles 1.5 t loads on 1,200 × 1,000 mm pallets, 1,000–1,800 mm high, in about 30–50 s per change. Pallet changers and pallet inverters are the same machine family; the inverter turns the load a full 180°.

为什么要更换托盘？

The pallet change cycle
1. A pallet truck or forklift sets the load on the platform at floor level.
2. The side holding device clamps the load and the pressing-down plate holds the top.
3. The frame tilts the load 95° onto the back plate.
4. After the 95° turn the base table lowers to the floor, which separates the pallet from the load. A cylinder holds the pallet on the table during the turn; at floor level the operator pulls it out.
5. The new pallet goes in, and the frame turns the load back upright onto it.
6. The clamps open and the load is taken away.
Mechanical and electric stop blocks end the tilt at the right angle. The operator runs the machine from the control panel or a wireless remote.

**Rule.** Use the 95° changer when only the pallet must change. Use the 180° inverter when the load itself has to be turned over, for example to free stuck product or to reach the bottom layer.

The machine cycle is only part of the time. Add the manual pallet swap and the truck moves in and out.

**Result.** At 30 loads per hour there are 3,600 ÷ 30 = 120 s per load, so one changer with one operator keeps up. The machine is designed to EN ISO 12100:2010, with EN 415-10 applied where it sits in a packaging line and the electrical equipment to EN 60204-1. The tilting frame and the clamps are the main hazards. Fences close the sides, the operator stands at the separate console or uses the wireless remote, and stop blocks limit the tilt. Guarding and CE documents are agreed per project.

Q: Does the load need to be unstacked?
A: No. The load is clamped and tilted, and only the pallet is changed.
Q: How fast is a pallet change?
A: The machine cycle takes about 30–50 s; add the manual pallet swap.
Q: Does it need a pit or anchor bolts?
A: No. It works at floor level and stands by its own weight on a flat, level floor; the floor check is confirmed at quote.
Q: How is the clamp force set for cartons?
A: The side clamps and top plate are set for the load type so cartons are held without being crushed; the setting is confirmed at quote.
Q: Is a pallet changer the same as a pallet inverter?
A: They are the same family. The changer tilts about 95°; the inverter turns 180°.
Q: Can it take taller loads?
A: Yes, versions go to 1,900 mm and 2,200 mm high; confirmed at quote.
