How to pack the small ID bearing by eye through

When the Min. ID of the bearing is 100mm, there will be some difficulties with wrapping machine.
Following information is the proved packing solution from FHOPEPACK

 

    1. The ring size must be small enough to pass through the bearing ID with packing material.
    2. There need to be  enough safety space to avoide collision while ring+packing material go through the bearing .
    3. Different packing material application in film and paper…

MACHINE ONE. 

For bearing  ID:100-130mm

 

 Version one: FPCA-100 —- Packing material fixs at the ring

Note: This is a machine testing video with cable coil  and this machine also works for same size coil, such as bearing, wire coil , steel coil…
Packing material app. width: 40mm  OD:50-70mm

 

MACHINE TWO

 
2. For bearing ID:130-200mm
 

Version one: FPCA-200—– Packing material fixs at the ring

Packing material app. width: 50mm  OD:60-100mm
 
 

Version two: Packing material next to the wrapping machine.

It is able do 2-3 types packing material packaging.
