The video shows an older, semi-automatic hose coil wrapping machine with a green steel frame and a white base. An operator lays black rubber hose into the rotary station by hand, spreads it round the track and presses it into place.
A large green ring-shaped unit then comes down and turns to wrap the coil, while a second operator holds a roll from a yellow tape dispenser. When the ring rises, the finished coil is lifted out by hand and set on a spool or the floor, and the next hose is fed in. The pattern is manual infeed, machine wrapping and manual outfeed.

Kiểm soát và an toàn
The ring turns round the coil during wrapping. On the FPH-200N the ring has a soft start and stop, faults are shown with an automatic alarm, and the cycle ends by time relay. Keep hands out of the ring while it turns, and load or unload only when it has stopped.
