What this wrapper does
A loaded pallet needs a stable film cover before it travels or sits in storage, so the stack keeps its shape and the corners stay protected. This machine class wraps the load automatically on a turntable: the film is laid around the sides first, and the top is completed as the cycle finishes.

Gantry and rotating platform
The machine has a two-column gantry frame. A rotating platform carries the pallet and turns the load through the wrap cycle, and an overhead wrapping head moves down over the load on the columns as the platform rotates.
A control panel with display and buttons sits on the machine side. Platform size and head travel are set in the sizing step.
Wrap and cover cycle
The cycle starts with the platform turning while film is layered over the stack. The head moves down to complete the sides and the top cover, then returns as the film is cut, and the finished unit stops ready for removal.
The wrap runs automatically without operator input during the cycle. Turn count and wrap time are confirmed with the pallet load in the sizing step.

It is a general demonstration. It does not show rated capacity, pallet dimension limits, cycle time, or film grade, and it does not demonstrate strapping or a separate top-cover station, even where such options appear in product banners. Those points are confirmed in the enquiry, not assumed.

Vận hành và an toàn
Place the loaded pallet on the platform, start the wrap cycle, and let the machine cover the sides and top automatically. Take the finished unit from the platform when the film is cut.
Keep clear of the platform and the head while the machine runs, and check the platform drive and the film feed per the machine manual. Stop the machine and isolate the power supply before clearing a film jam or reaching near the platform, and apply lock-out per the site procedure before any service work.
