Kaj prikazuje videoposnetek
Na valjčnem transporterju pred našim sivim skrčljivim tunelom čaka kup motorističnih pnevmatik, prekritih z modro tiskano folijo. Transporter jih skozi zaveso na vhodu prenese v tunel. V notranjosti se folija zaradi toplote skrči na kup. Kup odhaja na izhodnih valjih s folijo, tesno ovita okoli pnevmatik.

Zakaj zavezati trak pred krčenjem
Skrčljiva folija se med ohlajanjem vleče na vse strani. Nezavezan kup gumijastih pnevmatik se lahko pod tem vlečenjem premakne vstran in pride ven nagnjen. Trakovi najprej držijo kup pokonci, tako da ga je treba le zatesniti in prekriti. Prav tako drži paket skupaj, če se folija med rokovanjem strga.
Single tires are a different job. Our eye-through tyre wrapper winds film through the tire's eye to cover each tire on its own, while this line packs a stack of tires as one unit.
Tiskana folija
Folija v videoposnetku ima ponavljajoč se vzorec blagovne znamke. Skrčljivega ovoja s ponavljajočim se vzorcem ni treba poravnati na kupu, zato kateri koli del folije prikazuje blagovno znamko. Višina in teža paketa izhajata iz števila pnevmatik. Ilustrativni primer za paket 10 pnevmatik:

Paket s težo 40 kg lahko dvigneta dve osebi, zato načrtujte, da se izhod konča pri paleti ali paletizatorju. Hitrosti stroja tukaj puščamo zunaj, ker so odvisne od vaše serije pnevmatik. Pošljite nam svojo največjo in najmanjšo pnevmatiko, mi pa bomo določili mejo glede na njiju.
Nadzor in varnost
Tunel je nameščen na tekočem traku in ima svojo nadzorno ploščo. Medtem ko je tunel vroč, se ne dotikajte zavese in pustite, da se paket ohladi na izhodu, preden ga zložite.

Q: Why use shrink film on tire stacks?
A: The film shrinks tight around the stack, which seals it against dust and shows the brand print on the outside.
Q: Why strap before the shrink tunnel?
A: Shrinking film pulls the stack in from every side. Straps hold it square, so it does not lean.
Q: Can I use my own printed film?
A: Yes, if it is shrink film. A repeating print needs no registration; a single logo has to be lined up before shrinking.
Q: Is the shrink tunnel always needed?
A: No. The line can stop after strapping if your customers only need the stack tied.
Q: How is the line sized?
A: By your largest tire and pack: tire OD sets the conveyor width, pack size sets the tunnel opening.
