Anything that could not be read in the footage is marked as such. * **Strapping frame:** at the far left of the scene, a **white upright gantry** — a vertical frame with a horizontal bar at the top that a pallet could pass under — is visible in the opening seconds (frame 1 onward). It is **never shown operating**, and no strap is applied anywhere in the footage. * **Machine frame:** blue painted metal structure, some silver metal parts. * **Conveyor:** blue roller conveyor carries loads in and out. * **Wrapping unit:** yellow mechanical arm that orbits the load; the load itself rotates on a turntable. * **Protective fence:** metal mesh guard around the wrapping zone. * **Control console:** beside the machine, with a computer screen, keyboard, mouse, and a printer; the control cabinet carries a green indicator light and a black button. * **Product:** white cylindrical items stacked several layers high on a brown wooden pallet; the load is noticeably taller than it is wide (roughly three times as high), and becomes fully wrapped in transparent stretch film. * **Motion:** the load is horizontal on the conveyor for the infeed and outfeed, then rotates 360° on the turntable during wrapping. * **Signage:** a red sign reading “眼到手到心到” (“eyes, hands and heart on the job”) is visible behind the console at roughly 1:30–1:36; yellow-and-black hazard stripes are visible behind the machine. Everything in this list must come from the manufacturer’s data sheet — and the missing strapping step in particular should be confirmed against the exact machine you are quoted. ## Operator notes Two things stand out about the human role in this line: * **Console operation:** an operator monitors the machine from the blue console with a computer screen; the screen content itself cannot be read in the frames. * **Manual top-film step:** at the start of each cycle, a worker briefly reaches in to adjust or tuck the film at the top of the load. It is a short, visible manual action — treat it as part of the real-world operating procedure unless your supplier states otherwise. ## Why it matters For an end-of-line packing operation, the value lies in the seamless sequence: loads arrive on the conveyor, get wrapped consistently, and leave without forklift or manual re-positioning between steps. * **Consistent unitizing:** every rotation applies film around the full load, which keeps stacked product together. * **Less manual walking:** the worker stays at the console for most of the cycle. * **Repeatable output:** once the recipe is set, the machine follows the same pattern for each load. The wrapping machine in this video performs the wrapping role; the strapping frame visible at the start is never shown operating, so whether and how strapping is added to the same line is a configuration question the footage cannot answer. ## Fit criteria This machine is worth discussing with a supplier when: | Condition | Check | | ------------------------------------------------------------------- | --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- | | Your product is palletized, stable loads (e.g., stacked containers) | Confirm the size and weight range | | You want automatic wrapping at the end of your line | Confirm conveyor in/out integration | | You need the load fully wrapped on all sides | Confirm the number of film layers and top/bottom coverage | | You also need strapping in the same line | A strapping frame is present in the scene but never shown operating — ask how it is integrated and confirmed in the packaged line | | Your volume justifies a fixed machine | Match rated output to your throughput | If your loads are irregular, low-volume, or already wrapped manually, an automatic wrapper may be more machine than you need. ## What to verify with the manufacturer 1. **Wrap cycle** — how long a load takes, and whether that matches your line speed. 2. **Load envelope** — maximum pallet/load dimensions and weight. 3. **Film setup** — film type, width, and how many layers are applied. 4. **Strapping integration** — the white gantry is visible in the footage but never shown applying a strap; confirm it is part of this model and ask how the strapping cycle is configured. 5. **Controls** — recipe settings, diagnostics, and remote access on the console. 6. **Safety package** — emergency stops, light curtains, and certifications (the footage only shows the mesh fence). ## Buyer questions **How many loads per hour can the machine run at my pallet size?**Ask for throughput at your actual load dimensions, not at the smallest size. **What size range does the turntable accept?**Confirm length, width, height, and weight limits against your pallet mix. **Is the strapping station part of this same machine?**Be explicit: a strapping gantry appears at the opening of this video but never operates. Ask whether the strapping step is an add-on, a separate station, or included in this model — and request a clip or drawing of the strap being applied. **How involved is the operator?**The footage shows a console operator plus a short manual film step per load; confirm the normal manning requirement. **What safety features are fitted?**Confirm emergency stops, light curtains, guards, and certifications.
