The FHOPE floor-level pallet inverter is a stationary hydraulic machine for pallet exchange and bottom-pallet renewal, designed to operate directly at floor level without a pit or lifting platform. A forklift places the full load onto the machine's base platform, double clamping arms secure the load vertically, and a hydraulic 180° rotation brings the damaged or non-conforming bottom pallet to the top for replacement — all in a matter of minutes, with no load lifting above floor height.

Cum funcționează

The machine completes a full pallet exchange in five steps, all performed at floor level:

Încărcați

A forklift places the entire palletized load onto the machine's base platform.
Clemă

Double clamping arms close over the load top and bottom, holding it vertically — the load is pressed between the upper and lower arms, not squeezed sideways. Clamping is fast, and rotation speed is adjustable to suit fragile or unstable loads.
Invert 180°

The hydraulic system rotates the clamped load a full 180°, so the original bottom pallet now faces upward.
Swap the pallet

The operator removes the old pallet and places a new one on the exposed load face.
Return and release

The machine rotates back to the upright position, the clamps open, and the forklift removes the load on its new pallet.

Because the entire cycle happens at floor level, no pit excavation, lifting table, or elevated platform is required. Guard netting encloses the danger zone throughout operation.

Use these criteria to decide whether this floor-level 180° pallet inverter is the right machine for your operation:

Bottom-pallet renewal is the goal.	The 180° full inversion exposes the bottom pallet for replacement — the standard fix for damaged, non-compliant, or customer-owned pallets on finished-goods loads.
Floor-level operation is required.	No pit, no lifting platform, no elevated work. The forklift approaches at ground level, which suits existing warehouses and dock areas where civil works are impractical.
Loads up to 2000 kg in the representative size range.	If your loads exceed this envelope, ask about engineered configurations.

The load must be self-supporting.

During inversion, the load is held by the double clamping arms and must hold its own shape when rotated 180°. Bagged, loose, or free-flowing loads that cannot stay consolidated are not suitable without supplementary containment (e.g., stretch wrap, strapping, or a load plate — evaluated per project).

Representative, not universal, specifications.

The 2000 kg rated load and the 1000–1300 mm pallet-length range describe the representative configuration on this page, not a blanket commitment for every unit built. Confirm your load dimensions and weight at RFQ stage.

Stationary installation.

The machine does not travel. Loads are brought to it by forklift.

Cycle time depends on load and operator.

Rotation speed is adjustable; total exchange time varies with load stability, pallet condition, and handling practice. We confirm cycle time per project after reviewing your load profile rather than quoting a fixed throughput figure.

This machine is stationary and forklift-served; it is not intended for embedding in a continuous conveyor line.

How It Differs from Related Machines

95° pallet exchanger (changer family)

The 95° machine tilts the load backward so pallets can be swapped from underneath — a skid-style exchange. This machine performs a full 180° inversion, which suits loads that tolerate rotation but not tilting-and-sliding.

Heavy-load reclining pallet inverter

For heavy, wide pallets, the reclining-and-rotating type combines a 90° recline with 180° rotation. For standard loads within the representative range above, the direct floor-level 180° invert is the simpler choice.

1. Does this machine need a pit or foundation?

No. It operates at floor level — the forklift places the load directly on the base platform. No pit excavation or elevated platform is required.

2. What load and pallet size can it handle?

The representative configuration handles 2000 kg, pallets 1000–1100 mm wide × 1000–1300 mm long, and load heights of 1100–2200 mm including goods. Other sizes are engineered per project.

3. Can it handle unstable loads?

The load must be self-supporting during the 180° rotation. Wrapped, strapped, or contained loads typically invert without issue; loose or free-flowing loads need supplementary containment, which we assess case by case.

4. How is this different from a 95° pallet exchanger?

A 95° exchanger tilts the load back and swaps the pallet from underneath (skid-style). This machine performs a full 180° inversion so the bottom pallet ends up on top for direct replacement. The right choice depends on whether your load tolerates tilting or requires full inversion.
