The FPZ-M01 follows a five-step operating cycle:

Funcția

Drive to the load using the battery-powered drive system, with 4 km/h loading speed, 5 km/h unloading speed, and a 10% negotiable gradient.
Clemă

Insert the 1100 × 165 × 50 mm lower fork arms under the pallet and close the top clamping plate with a single-button command, holding the load vertically between the forks and upper clamp.
Ridicare

The 2.2 kW lifting motor raises the clamped load to a height of up to 1.6 m.
Roti

Automatic 180° rotation inverts the load so the damaged or unsuitable pallet sits on top and can be exchanged.
Release, re-palletize and relocate

Remove the old pallet, place the new one on top, rotate back upright, travel to the destination, and lower the load into place.

Clamping speed and rotation speed are both adjustable to match the load type and operator preference.

Self-supporting or contained load

The product must hold its shape when clamped vertically and inverted 180°. Bagged goods, boxed loads, bales, and similar stacked products qualify; loose or free-flowing goods need containment. Confirm load characteristics before ordering.

2. Does it need a fixed installation or floor pit?

No. It is a mobile unit that travels to the load; no pit, anchoring, or dedicated station is required.

3. Can I adjust the clamping and rotation speed?

Yes. Both clamping speed and rotation (upending) speed are adjustable to suit the load.
