A door has a finished surface that must stay clean from the line to the site, and packing each door by hand is slow. This door packing machine takes each door on a conveyor, lays a transparent film over the surface, and carries the covered door through a shrink oven where the film tightens to follow the door. Why pack every door
A finished door marks easily during handling and has to arrive clean at the installation site. A tight film cover protects the surface and keeps the pack tidy for transport.
Packing each door as it leaves the line protects the product without a separate manual step. Door range is confirmed per project.

The machine is a door packing machine. A door moves on a conveyor to the covering unit, where transparent film feeds from a roll above and is laid and pressed onto the surface. The covered door then travels into a shrink oven, where the film tightens around the door as it passes through.
The operator feeds the doors and the cycle runs the cover and shrink. Door size and film width are confirmed per project.
Film over the door
The covering unit holds the film roll above the conveyor, with guide rollers and a press arm that lay the film flat over the door surface. The film is stretched and aligned as it is pressed down.
Laying the film flat first means the oven has a straight cover to shrink. Film width and press travel are confirmed per project.
Shrink to fit
The covered door passes into a long shrink oven that is open at both ends. Inside the oven, the film tightens and follows the outline of the door as the conveyor carries it through, then comes out with a close film cover.
Shrinking the film after laying makes the cover fit the surface without loose film. Oven length and temperature are confirmed per project.

תפעול ובטיחות
Start the line and the doors cover and shrink under power as the conveyor moves them through. Keep clear of the covering unit, the conveyor and the oven openings while the machine runs, with guarding around the working area and the oven.
Routine checks cover the conveyor, the film feed, the press arm and the oven, per the machine manual. Confirm the oven and film settings before each run.
