**How the one-by-one bagger works.** In our footage a large white PVC pipe enters the machine and is guided into position. Pneumatic grippers support the pipe while transparent film from a reel is laid over it; as the pipe advances, the film is wrapped round the pipe into a tube. A red guide line is projected on the pipe for positioning, a rotating heat-seal wheel closes round the film, and an end seal finishes the bag at the pipe end. The machine can also feed two pipes at once side by side in a dual-pipe mode, with separate clamp sets holding each. What you can verify from the footage: the pipe is held straight while being bagged, the film forms a fitted tube rather than a loose wrapper, and the seal lands clear of the pipe end. The full output stage is cut short in the clip, and rated capacity, film width and thickness are not stated, so we size the machine from your pipe drawing and confirm per project.
**When one-by-one bagging fits.** Choose Solution A when every pipe must stay individually protected — for example large-diameter pressure pipe, pipe that is traded piece by piece, or pipe that will sit in racks where bundles are not practical. The output is a neat single-pipe bag with a sealed end, ready for labelling or banding by hand. The trade-off is speed per metre: bagging one pipe at a time suits medium output better than a very high-speed extrusion line. If your line makes more pipe than one bagger can take, we add a buffer or size a faster forming system at quote. Machine capacity and the film width or thickness are not visible in the clip, so we size both from your pipe drawing and confirm per project.

**Direct observation notes.** The clips do not show rated output, pipe-diameter range, film gauge, air or power data, or a complete numbered cycle. Those figures come from your drawing and the per-project quote, not from the video, and are confirmed per project. We recommend checking them against your actual pipe before purchase.

Q: Can one machine do single pipe and bundles?
A: Not as one standard unit. The big-pipe one-by-one bagger and the small-pipe bundle line are different machines: the bundle route needs its own bundling and strapping stages before bagging. Some sites run both formats by planning two stations as part of the same end-of-line project; we size each from your mix and confirm per project.
Q: Why strap the bundle before bagging it?
A: A strapped bundle stays square while it is pushed into the bag, so the finished pack is uniform and stacks well; an unstrapped bundle spreads inside the bag.
Q: How is the bag size worked out?
A: The flat bag width must clear the pipe or bundle circumference, with allowance for the seal. For the one-by-one route this follows from the pipe diameter and bagging length; we set it on a trial with your bundles.
