> This clip shows our automatic film sleeving and palletizing system for long, heavy rolls. Rolls run along a green conveyor, a sleeving station draws a tube of film over each roll, and a robot in a fenced cell lifts the sleeved rolls onto pallets. We cover the roll surface with a film sleeve, so no heat tunnel is needed. Roll length, weight and pallet pattern are set per project, so we size each line from your rolls.

Co klip ukazuje
Klip sleduje jednu roli z dopravníku na paletu.

Proč balit role do fólie
- **Full surface cover.** The film tube covers the whole roll surface against dust and moisture.
- **No heat.** Sleeving needs no shrink tunnel, so heat-sensitive roll goods are not exposed to hot air.
- **Clean handling.** The robot grips a covered roll, so the roll surface is not touched.
- **One line.** Sleeving and palletizing run on one conveyor, with no forklift or crane between them.
