**Features:**
**Control:**
Ø The automatic material calculation function is performed by a PLC.
Ø The design is specially made for easy manual loading and unloading.
Ø The ring features a soft stop, start, and reset.
Ø There is a manual and automatic working mode for convenient operation.
Ø A time relay is included for automatic stopping.
Ø The speed of the ring and rollers can be adjusted with converters.
Ø The overlapping rate of the packing material can be adjusted as needed.
Ø There is a foot switch jog feature.
Ø The driving motor is protected against overcurrent.
Ø The supportive rollers are easily adjustable to prevent coil shaking during wrapping.
Ø An automatic cutter is provided for cutting paper, PP, HDPE, and woven materials.
Ø There are two ways of wrapping the packing material: one roll fixed on the ring, and one roll next to the wrapping station.
