A protective film keeps the surface clean, and the wrap holds the profile together as one length without hand-applied sheets or trapped air.<\/p>\n<p>The machine applies the film in a continuous pass, so long profiles are covered in one step. Film type and wrap spacing are confirmed per project.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"what-the-machine-does\">What the machine does<\/h2>\n<p>The machine is a semi-automatic film wrapping line for long aluminum profiles. Operators set the film roll on the rotating shaft and guide each profile into the machine, and the wrapping unit covers the profile as it travels through.<\/p>\n<p>The wrapped profile comes out at the far end for collection. Profile length and infeed layout are confirmed per project.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"machine-layout-and-parts\">Machine layout and parts<\/h2>\n<p>The line is a long frame with guide rollers that carry the profile from the loading side to the far end. A large drive wheel sits under the line, and the rotating shaft on the operator side holds the film roll.<\/p>\n<p>Support brackets fix the film roll in place during the pass. The operator works at the loading station on the right, where the film roll is installed and the pass is started.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"cycle-and-control\">Cycle and control<\/h2>\n<p>At the start of the cycle, the operator places the film roll on the rotating shaft and fixes it in place. The machine starts, and the profile is fed through the guide rollers while the film is laid around it along its length.<\/p>\n<p>The wrapped profile exits at the far end, and the operator loads the next piece. The wrapping runs automatically during the pass, while the operator monitors the line and loads the film.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"what-the-footage-shows\">What the footage shows<\/h2>\n<p>Our footage shows the line standing in the workshop, and an operator in a blue uniform and safety helmet loads a white film disc onto the rotating shaft before the run. The machine then starts, and a long profile is fed through the guide rollers.<\/p>\n<p>The profile comes out wrapped in a white film. The part seen in the frames is a long rigid extrusion, and the pass is supervised by the operator.
