In line, each product is labeled and wrapped as it leaves production. Film is center-folded POF or PE, and the tunnel conveyor uses chains with rotating silicone-coated rods. On the MO-350, product width plus height must be 400 mm or less. Labeler type and line speed are confirmed at quote.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"fit-check\">Will my product fit?<\/h2>\n<p>Check three things: width against sealing width, height against sealing height, and width plus height against the product limit. Film length per pack \u2248 product length + height + allowance.<\/strong> With a 50 mm allowance for the example roll: film width 250 + 150 + 50 = 450 mm, inside the 580 mm limit, and film length 250 + 150 + 50 = 450 mm per pack.
