Ring and roller speed, both set by frequency converter, decide how far the coil advances per wrap and therefore the overlap. An orange guard frame covers the ring area and the machine stops automatically when the wrap is complete. For the 300 mm ID, 500 mm OD, 150 mm wide coil with 70 mm film on the FPH-200N:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Outer circumference.<\/strong> \u03c0 \u00d7 500 = about 1,571 mm.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Wraps for 30% overlap at the OD.<\/strong> Each wrap advances 49 mm, so 1,571 \u00f7 49 = about 32 wraps.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Section perimeter.<\/strong> 2 \u00d7 (150 + 100) = 500 mm (the coil wall is 100 mm = (500 \u2212 300) \u00f7 2).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Film per coil.<\/strong> 32 \u00d7 0.5 m = about 16 m.<\/li>\n\n<p>At the maximum ring speed of 100 r\/min, 32 wraps take about 19 s of ring time. Film stretches under tension, and on a soft hose coil too much tension can pull the coil out of shape, so we set the adjustable tension on a trial coil and measure the real film use. On the FPH-300N, overlap can be set from 10% to 90%.<\/p>\n<h2>Options<\/h2>\n<p>The FPH-300N offers these additional functions:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Logo tape applicator<\/strong> to brand the coil.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Automatic film cutter and feeder.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Light beam<\/strong> sensor.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Wrapping station movement<\/strong>, so the station can move to the coil.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Paper and HDPE can replace stretch film on the FPH-300N, and paper on the FPH-200N.<\/p>\n<h2>Utilities and safety<\/h2>\n<table>\n<thead><tr><th>Utility<\/th>\n<th>Requirement<\/th><\/tr><\/thead>\n<tbody>\n<tr><td>Power<\/td>\n<td>1.5 kW (FPH-200N), 1.9 kW (FPH-300N)<\/td><\/tr>\n<tr><td>Power supply (as shipped)<\/td>\n<td>380 V, 60 Hz, 3 phase<\/td><\/tr>\n<\/tbody><\/table>\n<p>A safety guardrail protects the coil and the operator, a special brake keeps operation smooth, and wrapping tension is adjustable. Grid supply varies by region (380\u2013480 V, 50\/60 Hz); confirm yours when ordering. For CE markets, ISO 12100 and EN 415-10 are used as a risk-assessment reference framework rather than evidence of certification of a single unit.<\/p>\n<h2>Selection checklist for a hose wrapper<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Coil ID, OD, width and weight, smallest and largest.<\/li>\n<li>Coils per hour.<\/li>\n<li>Film, paper or HDPE.<\/li>\n<li>Logo tape, yes or no.<\/li>\n<li>Manual loading, or a moving wrapping station in a line.<\/li>\n<li>Power supply at your site.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Engineering FAQ<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Which model fits garden hose coils?<\/strong> The FPH-200N, for coils of 250\u2013650 mm ID, 450\u2013800 mm OD and 5\u201330 kg.<\/p>\n<p><strong>How many coils per hour can it wrap?<\/strong> The FPH-200N wraps in 20\u201335 s, a machine limit of about 102\u2013180 coils per hour. Manual loading lowers this, and we measure it on a trial.<\/p>\n<p><strong>How much film does one coil use?<\/strong> About 16 m as laid for a 300\/500 mm coil, 150 mm wide, with 70 mm film at 30% overlap at the OD.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Can it apply our logo?<\/strong> Yes.
