Turning a mold over by hand risks the mold, the fingers and the schedule, so the flip belongs on a table that holds the load while it turns.<\/p>\n<p>This page is for the buyer evaluating a mold flipper lift table. The mold returns flat on the platform, and the table is ready for the next load, with the whole movement smooth and slow.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"what-the-bellows-cover-tells-you\">What the bellows cover tells you<\/h2>\n<p>A folded black cover runs along one side of the platform in the footage. As the platform tilts, the cover extends with it and then folds back when the platform returns to level.<\/p>\n<p>That cover is the guard between the moving platform and the floor. Its presence is part of the machine&#8217;s guarding, and the full stop and interlock list still has to come in writing.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"what-the-safety-picture-shows\">What the machine&#8217;s safety picture shows<\/h2>\n<p>The table in the footage works with an operator in a hard hat standing beside it. The tilting platform and its underside are the moving hazards, and the bellows cover shields part of that travel.<\/p>\n<p>A green control cabinet on the left carries a lit indicator and buttons, and the operator works the table from beside it. No separate emergency stop is clearly visible in the sampled frames.<\/p>\n<p>The table is not a fenced cell. How the table holds the load during the tilt is the design to confirm with the supplier.<\/p>\n<p><strong>How heavy a mold can it flip?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Not shown.
