Concrete floor, well-lit hall.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"how-it-works\">How the film applicator and line work<\/h2>\n<p>The operator feeds each profile into the applicator entrance. A driving device holds the profile and moves it through the film stations. The machine checks length and cuts film to match before the film is pressed onto the faces. A wrapping ring can add a full cover around the section where the project needs it. Hands near the infeed nip are the move to design out: we guard the entrance so the profile enters from the conveyor, with no hand inside the nip.<\/p>\n<p>Stop, isolate and lock out before anyone clears a jam, changes a film roll or reaches past the entrance guard.<\/p>\n<p>The standards that apply depend on the destination market. For CE markets, ISO 12100 sets the risk-assessment method and EN 415-10 covers general requirements for packaging machines, which fixes guarding and the emergency-stop arrangement.<\/p>\n<h2
