Film over the full height keeps the stack stable and the contents protected.<\/p>\n<p>Hand wrapping a tall load means reaching above shoulder level, which is slow and gives an uneven wrap. A machine whose film arm travels the full height covers the stack evenly. The load sits on a round turntable, and a vertical arm is held above it.
