Traditionally, this would require a team of Fhope technicians on-site to oversee the installation and fine-tune the <strong>Siemens PLC<\/strong> configurations.<\/p>\n<p>Due to the pandemic and diplomatic travel restrictions between our countries, our engineering team could not be physically present. This left us with a choice: delay the project indefinitely or innovate our service model.<\/p>\n<h3>The Solution: 24\/7 Digital Supervision<\/h3>\n<p>Leveraging the digital infrastructure of our equipment, we transitioned to a 100% remote support model.
