The stainless head comes down onto the strap and presses it against the block. The strap is cut and pulled off to the side, and the block stays where it is. The head presses the strap against the block before the cut, so the cut ends are held down rather than free to spring. Guarding and the strap discharge are arranged to suit each line.<\/p>\n<p>The standards that apply depend on the destination market.
