It winds the product into a tight coil on a rotating spool. The coil is then discharged on a roller conveyor for downstream packaging.<\/p>\n<p>Coil size and packaging needs differ from plant to plant. Our equivalent models are therefore specified for a working range and configured per project. Coil diameter, hose stiffness and changeover time set the real output of a cell, so we close that number on the proposal rather than from a clip.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"wrapping-and-strapping\">Wrapping and strapping<\/h2>\n<p>Wrapping and strapping stations are an option across our equivalent range; they are not part of the filmed process.<\/p>\n<p>Film type and strap colour are chosen against the product you run. For CE markets, ISO 12100 sets the risk-assessment method and EN 415-10 covers the general safety requirements of packaging machines.<\/p>\n<p>The spool and rotating components are the running hazards. Never reach into the coil area while the spool is turning. Coil loading, film change and jam clearing wait until the machine is stopped and isolated.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"options\">Options and automation<\/h2>\n<p>Our cable coiling and wrapping machine can be fitted with an automatic label-inserting device.
