After the upgrade, unplanned downtime during line operation dropped and packaging rhythm consistency stayed stable; the line is running at key mills in East and North China.<\/li>\n<li>I standardized our turnover and conveying modules, shortening drawing and assembly cycles. The modules have been deployed across 8 domestic and export coil packaging lines.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Troubleshooting Case<\/h3>\n<p>At a customer&#8217;s turnover station, hydraulic shock caused repeated positioning drift under high-tempo uncoiling: more than 6 unplanned stops per month and about 40 minutes per reset. After we optimized the buffer and guide structures, field testing showed positioning failure down about 60% and reset time cut from 40 minutes to under 15 minutes.
