How to packing the big supportive bearing by packing machine --- FHOPE

The big bearing packing machine works for bearing OD 6500mm WIDTH 600MM The supportive roller is adjustable from OD:2000mm. The solution special designed for replace the manual work in big bearing pacakging for increasing the speed and operation safety. Also there is a oil injecting device for oiling the bearing in wrapping. The machine works for different shape supportive bearing. The suppotive roller x4 covered by heavy PU.

La máquina empacadora de cojinetes grandes funciona para cojinetes OD 6600mm ANCHO 600MM El rodillo de apoyo es ajustable desde OD: 2000 mm. La solución especialmente diseñada para reemplazar el trabajo manual en pacakging de rodamientos grandes para aumentar la velocidad y seguridad de operación. También hay un dispositivo de inyección de aceite para engrasar el rodamiento en la envoltura. La máquina funciona para cojinetes de soporte de diferentes formas. El rodillo de apoyo x4 cubierto por PU pesado.

THE BASIC OPERATION OF THE BEARING PACKING MACHINE

  1. The touch panel have 14 list,which is able setting the parameter for packaging.
  1. Input the products no.for calling the pre-setting parameter.The default packing material width 40mm, clamper pull back time is 0.8.

For example, products No.1 setting: After input coil OD 160mm, ID 120mm,width 50mm.material width 40mm, pull back time 0.8. Lap number correction 1, Stop time  10 (uint:sec). After setting, Press the “running picture” input the “1” , the parameter will be calling.

In wrapping, if the packing material is too much/less for wrapping,please back to parameter setting page to change the lap number correction with “+sec” of “-Sec”

  1. The program is able save the parameter in 14 kinds setting.
