What the machine shown does
The machine shown in the video is a horizontal stretch wrapping machine for long objects. A carton sits on a roller conveyor and moves horizontally through the machine while an overhead wrap head applies transparent stretch film from above. The head moves up and down and works with rollers and an arm to cover the top of the carton as it passes.
In the video the machine has a red painted metal frame with blue support parts, a roller conveyor that runs through the machine, and a yellow clamp that holds the carton while it is wrapped. A fixed red guard is visible at the side.
How a carton is wrapped
The conveyor and the overhead wrap head work together.
