How to Compare Coil Packing Line Suppliers: Scope, Evidence and Service

Two quotations for a "coil packing line" can describe very different machines. To compare them fairly, put the scope, the technical evidence and the service terms side by side. 2. Evidence: Can the Supplier Prove the Numbers?

• A technical data sheet for each station, with units
• A main component list with brands
• Electrical documents: wiring, terminal and panel diagrams, and the PLC program
• Videos of comparable lines in operation
• Reference projects (we share references on request, with the customer's permission)

Weight the criteria by your own risk. For example, a plant with no in-house automation team should give more weight to documents and support.
