Horizontal Steel Coil Packing Machine
Specialized design for large-size coil packing including steel, copper, and metal rolls.
## System Introduction
The FPCA-1200 is a horizontal steel coil packing machine specifically designed for big-size coil wrapper packing, such as steel coils, copper coils, and metal rolls. It offers a comprehensive solution that includes the coil upender, conveyor, and automatic wrapping machine.
**Workflow Efficiency:** It facilitates receiving the coil from the slitting line via crane handling (ID to wall) and turns the coil to change the orientation (ID to sky). This ensures the steel coil is wrapped "eye-through" by the ring with packing material seamlessly.
**Material Versatility:**
Packing material can be chosen per requirements, including PE stretch film, HDPE/PVC/PP film, Woven sheet, and Paper roll.
