This advanced line is capable of auto-detecting wire length, fabricating coils with the aid of a Stand Drawing Device, and performing automatic strapping using PET/PP with 2 or 4 straps.  Power conveyors methodically feed the coils one-by-one into the wrapping machine for packaging. The line also features an automatic stacking system equipped with a multi-directional hook mechanism capable of moving up, down, left, and right, deftly handling the coil transfer from the conveyor to the unloading trolley. ### Distinct Features: 1\. The Copper Coil Winding and Packaging Line employs a PLC & HMI control program for seamless automatic operation. 2\. The control program accommodates parameter setting in both English and Chinese, providing user-friendly flexibility. 3\. This line is designed to automatically create coils of a specific length, ensuring uniformity in coil dimensions. 4\. A supplementary weighing system can be integrated into the Copper Coil Winding and Packaging Line for precise coil weight measurement. 5\.
