How the Online 180° Exchange Works

Palet yükleme

The load enters the machine by manual or automatic feeding. Sensors check pallet dimensions and weight against set parameters before the cycle proceeds.
Rotasyon süreci

The hydraulic or motorized drive performs controlled rotary-table flipping, rotating the pallet 180° to switch between pallet types. During inversion, the load is held by its own integrity — banding, stretch wrap, or the load's natural cohesion — supported by the machine's load stability control, the anti-slip chain surface beneath the pallet, and, where the load requires it, project-specific retaining fixtures. The chain conveyor itself does not grip or suspend the inverted load; it carries and positions the pallet before and after rotation.

After rotation, the new pallet is introduced into the flow and the system automatically aligns the pallet for correct positioning.

Load stability and anti-slip support

Load stability control monitors the load through the rotation cycle, and the anti-slip conveyor surface helps keep the pallet seated during flipping. Together with the load's own banding or wrapping — and any project-specific retaining fixtures — these measures keep the stack secure through the inverted portion of the cycle.

Controlled rotary drive

The hydraulic or motorized drive is engineered to prevent sudden load shift during rotation; the rotary table carries the pallet through the full 180° travel.

The entire load is inverted 180° during the cycle. Goods must be banded, wrapped, or otherwise self-supporting in the upside-down orientation; where needed, retaining fixtures are added per project. Slipping or collapse during rotation is a load-condition issue, not a machine defect — confirm load stability before specifying this machine.

No. The load must be self-supporting through the 180° inversion. If your goods cannot be inverted, consider a 90° transfer-table inline pallet changer or a pushing-type machine instead.

3. What is the actual throughput?
