How it works: gantry frame, turntable and film carriage

A gantry frame with side columns and a top beam encloses the wrap zone, and a turntable at the base carries the pallet load. A rotating arm on the top beam carries the film carriage and can move down as it turns.

The frame keeps the arm and the load inside the machine footprint during the cycle. The arm travel and turntable size are set to the load and confirmed per project.

The pallet is set on the turntable and the machine runs the wrapping cycle automatically. The rotating arm turns while the load turns below, and the film rises from the base of the load to the top.
