Each bearing runs in on a roller conveyor, is centred between yellow PU rollers, and a wrapping ring winds blue film through the bore and round the outside. The wrapped bearing then moves on and is packed into a carton. The wrapping station matches our FPBS-200, which takes bearings of 5–70 kg with a 120–270 mm bore.

Full film cover keeps moisture and dust off the machined surfaces from the line to the customer.
Why wrap through the bore
- คุ้มครองเต็มรูปแบบ The film passes through the bore and over the outside, so the raceways and faces are covered.
- No loose wrap. Each turn overlaps the last, so the film does not open in the carton.
- Steady centring. The PU rollers hold the bearing so the ring winds evenly without marking the steel.
- ออนไลน์. Wrapping and transfer run on one conveyor, so the bearing is handled only at boxing.
