# Automatic wire rod compacting and strapping machine
This Wire Rod Strapping & Compacting Line includes compacting frames, block roller, strapping heads, electric cabinet, pneumatic and hydraulic installation. This line will be fully automatic with manual operations mode.After connecting with C-hook handling line, the wire rod coil should move the wire coil on the compressing station manually/automatically. The c-hook along with the coil will be displaced to the position of the strapping table for strapping.
OPERATION
Wire rod coil hoisted to compressing station by crane with C hook
Automatic position checking and placing the rod coil on the block roller
Automatic compressing the wire rod coil
After coil compacting, PET/steel strapping head auto strapping 4 straps per coil
The strapped rod coil moves out to the compressing station by crane
One coil finished,cycle operation
### Basic features of hydraulic pump station
1)Well brand, energy conservation, high efficiency.
2)The working table with gap for easy manual strapping.
3)Simple in structure, easy to operate , safe, reliable, low-noise, stable performance.
4)Integrated manual and automatic switches.
5)External motor switch for remote operate.
6)Special integrated circuit plate implement: stop the unload pump after 1 minute, automatic pressure release, overload protection.
7)External high power cooler to assure long time work.
8)Special pressure adjust valve to assure the stable of pressure.
9)Start at any time in pressure condition.
10)Lighter, fast speed,large flow, more efficient.
Wire rod coil was automatically compressed, the whole packing line compression stroke can be set, the compression mechanism is reserved place port for the PET strapping or steel belt. There is a slot or interface for strapping monitor and setting which is able rotate rod coil in any Angle.
