Multiple packaging materials—including stretch film, VCI film, PE film, kraft paper, woven tape, and composite wrapping materials—can be applied individually or in combination to provide robust protection against moisture, dust, corrosion, scratches, and transportation damage. Controlled by a PLC and touch-screen HMI, operators can easily adjust ring speed, roller speed, overlap ratio, and wrapping tension for different coil sizes and packaging requirements. Heavy-duty polyurethane-coated support rollers protect finished coil surfaces from scratches while providing stable rotation for large and heavy products.
