Rezumat Our FPFZ-C02 pallet inverter holds the load between two clamps and turns it 180 degrees, so the pallet can be changed from the top. It takes loads up to 2.0 t and 610 to 2,000 mm high, in about 25 s per turn. Two clamps close from both sides, which shortens the clamping stroke and grips heavy loads evenly. A worked example checks a wrapped roll against the clamp range and works out turns per hour.

Why turn a load upside down
A heavy load sitting on the wrong pallet is hard to move off it. It may be on a damaged pallet, a wooden one that cannot enter a clean area, or a pool pallet that must go back.
An inverter solves this by turning the whole load over. A new pallet goes on top first. After a 180 degree turn, the load sits on the new pallet, and the old one is now on top, free to lift away.
What the second clamp adds
A single clamp inverter presses the load down onto a fixed platform. Our dual clamp design moves both the top and the bottom clamp towards the load. Each clamp then travels only part of the gap, so clamping is quicker.
Gripping from both sides also centres the load in the frame. That keeps a heavy or tall load balanced through the turn, with no vibration as it goes over.
The clamp and turn cycle
- Sarcină. A forklift sets the load in the frame, and a new pallet is placed on top of it.
- Clemă. The two clamps close on the old pallet below and the new pallet above.
- Întoarce-te. The frame turns the clamped stack through 180 degrees.
- Eliberare. The clamps open. The load now stands on the new pallet.
- Elimina. The old pallet is lifted off the top, and the forklift takes the load away.
The operator runs the cycle from the panel or a wireless remote, outside the fence.

Worked example: a wrapped roll on a damaged pallet
Take a wrapped roll 1,000 mm in diameter and 1,200 mm long, standing on end on a 1,200 × 1,200 mm pallet. The pallet is damaged and must be changed. Each pallet is 150 mm high, and the roll material weighs about 800 kg/m³. These are illustrative customer figures.
Greutate. The roll volume is π × 0.5² × 1.2 = 0.94 m³, so it weighs about 0.94 × 800 = 754 kg. That is well inside the 2.0 t capacity.
Clamp range. The clamps hold the old pallet, the roll and the new pallet together. That stack is 150 + 1,200 + 150 = 1,500 mm high. It sits inside the 610–2,000 mm range, with 500 mm to spare.
Rotații pe oră. One turn takes about 25 s, so the machine alone could make 3,600 ÷ 25 = 144 turns an hour. Forklift trips and placing the new pallet add time t at your site. If t is 90 s, an illustrative figure, that is 3,600 ÷ (25 + 90) = 31 loads an hour.

Siguranță și EN 415-10
We design the inverter to EN 415-10 for packaging machines and assess risks to ISO 12100. The turning frame and the closing clamps are the main hazards. A yellow mesh fence keeps people out of the turning zone. On our dual clamp inverters, mechanical and electrical stop blocks guard against overload, and a current limiting valve controls the lowering speed. The control circuit runs at AC 24 V.
