There are three packing solution for trunk: Wrapping machine for turnk bundle and shrinking machine for film shrink wrapping. And third solution is by bagging. The turnk throught the bagging station for bag forming and filling.
Mașină de ambalat
Uses a stretch film wrapping machine to apply one or more layers of film around a bundle of pipes
The pipes are arranged on a frame or mandrel and the film is stretched and wrapped around the bundle
The film conforms tightly to the pipe surfaces, containing and securing the bundle
A cutting mechanism severs the film after each wrap to complete the bundle
Împachetare prin micșorare
Applies heat shrink film to the pipe bundle
Heat guns or ovens are then used to shrink the film and conform it tightly around the pipes
The shrinking film provides a more durable wrap that is tamper-evident
Allows graphics or labeling to be printed on the film for identification
Mașină de bagaj
Opens empty bags and positions them to enclose the pipe bundle
Tube insertion mechanisms push the pipes into the open bag
The bag is closed around the bundle using tie wraps, clips or heat seals
Offers a lower cost solution compared to wrapping methods
Bags protect and cushion the pipes during handling and transport
The key benefits of each solution:
Wrapping: High speed, low cost, easy automation
Shrink wrapping: Durable wrap, secure seal, tamper evident
Bagging: Lowest cost, cushioning protection
So each packing method has advantages depending on your requirements. Wrapping offers the highest line speeds while shrink wrapping provides the most durable containment. Bagging provides a cost-effective solution with cushioning protection for the pipes. The solution you choose depends on needs like speed, cost, protection level, and automation.
