Why rotary arm pallet wrapping
A pallet load of stacked boxes needs a film wrap to stay square during handling, storage and transport. A rotary arm wrapper does the wrap while the load stays on the conveyor, which suits lines where the pallet cannot turn on a turntable.
The arm turns around the load, so the film is laid evenly from the base upward. Load height and weight are confirmed per project.

The machine is a rotary arm pallet wrapper with a roller conveyor running through the wrap zone. A pallet load moves in on the conveyor and stops, and a rotary arm above the load turns and rises to apply film.
The wrapped pallet then continues on the same conveyor for the next stage. Load size, weight and film settings are confirmed per project.
How it works: rotary arm, film carriage and conveyor infeed
A roller conveyor carries the pallet into the wrap zone, where the load stops for the cycle. A rotary arm above the load carries the film carriage; the arm turns around the load while the carriage moves up from the base to apply the film.
A control cabinet on the machine side carries the panel for the cycle, and fencing separates the wrap zone. The arm travel and conveyor height are set to the load and confirmed per project.
Ciclo e controle
The pallet enters the wrap zone and the machine runs the wrapping cycle automatically, with the arm turning from the base of the load to the top. At the end of the cycle the film is parted and the arm returns for the next load.
The wrapped pallet leaves on the same conveyor once the cycle finishes. Number of layers and the wrap tension are set on the panel and confirmed per project.

Operação e segurança
Confirm the pallet is centred on the conveyor and clear of the wrap zone before the cycle starts. Run the wrap and stay outside the fencing while the arm moves.
